Carbon is a big data component with a wide range of uses. Its excellent performance has been confirmed on many third-party components, such as CDH, HDP, AWS, etc.
In order to expand the use of carbon and facilitate more users to use carbondata, I suggest providing compiled carbondata components for such three-party clusters on the website of carbondata.
The compilation of some third-party components requires a high understanding of carbondata and the three-party big data suite. In order to promote carbondata more conveniently and effectively, we can open an area in the community to upload the compiled carbondata components and facilitate the download and use of other users.
At present, I have compiled the corresponding carbondata components on hdp3 1.5 and AWS. It can be provided to this area for download, and then it can be convenient for others to supplement.
In order to promote carbondata better, I suggest that the community provide a special area for users to upload and download.
