   1. Inherit Table Properties from main table to mv datamap table, if datamap has single parent table, else use
   default table properties.
   2. Restrict Alter/Delete/Partition operations on MV

    - [ ] Document update required?
   
    - [ ] Testing done
         
    - [ ] For large changes, please consider breaking it into sub-tasks under an umbrella JIRA.
