1. 1 is select query 2nd is drop metacache command. Now drop cache will remove the cache. If select query has already created a BlockDataMap with index=1, then it will throw NullPointer as the drop cache will remove that index.
2. You are right, we can think of a better solution for index server. Currently this fix is for driver.
3,4. We would be storing only the reference of the wrapper in BlockDataMap, so should not be affected much.
