   After insert into non-partition table from stage,  does not trigger all materialized views which related the fact table auto refresh.
   
    ### What changes were proposed in this PR?
   Fire data load event (both pre event and post event) while insert from stage.
       
    ### Does this PR introduce any user interface change?
    - No
   
    ### Is any new testcase added?
    - Yes
