    Sometimes, user need to know information about table stages, so that they can make stage load plan better. 
   
    ### What changes were proposed in this PR?
   Add "INCLUDE STAGE" keywords in "SHOW SEGMENTS" command, show stage information as segment information
       
    ### Does this PR introduce any user interface change?
    - No
    - Yes. (please explain the change and update document)
   
    ### Is any new testcase added?
    - No
    - Yes
