Problem : Measure filter evaluation goes through RowLevelEvaluation. But after implementation of Min and Max for measures in block level, include exclude, greater than less than filter evaluators can do block prunning and can handle evaluation.
Solution: Push measure evaluation to Include, exclude, greter than less than evaluators.
