Problem:
There are many tests failed with enabled carbon hive metastore option.
Solution:
Following fixes are done in this PR
1. Fix alter table with carbon hive metastore option.
2. Fix pre aggregate table expression queries with carbon hive metastore option.
3. Fix carbon custom partitioning with carbon hive metastore option.
4. Fix streaming table queries with carbon hive metastore option.

Enabled hivemetastore so all tests now run with enabling hive metastore option
