    Fixed NPE issue in Query

    **Problem**
    If query having filter and in btree jump when data ref node number is not zero query is throwing NPE
   
    Solution: currently we are checking != we need to check <

    LGTM.  this fix is for branch-0.2(spark-1.x) , so can ignore travis CI(spark-2.0).
