[INFO] Jenkins is fixed and GitHub/Jenkins integration is back

Jean-Baptiste Onofré
Hi team,

I fixed the issue we got on the Apache Jenkins CarbonData jobs.

We used "Maven (latest)" for our build, and we just got the last Maven 3.5.0
update, which seems to cause a problem.
So I forced Maven 3.3.9 and relaunch the jobs.

On the other hand, I worked with INFRA to fix the Jenkins/GitHub integration.
It's now back, it means we will have the pull request build results in the
GitHub commants, and you can use "retest this please" tag to trigger a Jenkins
build.

Regards
JB
