problem : Currently  SDK read/ nontransactional table read from external table gives null output when carbonMergeindex file is present instead of carobnindex files. 

cause : In LatestFileReadCommitted, while taking snapshot, merge index files were not considered.

solution: consider the merge index files while taking snapshot
