in spark 2.1 version, run carbon-spark-shell in after compilation result in an error because of the following reasons:

1. in spark2 integration, the assembly jar lies in scala-2.11 folder, not scala-2.10 in spark1, so the shell script need to be updated.

2. in spark2 integration, the repl haven't been implemented, so it need to be added.
