[ANNOUNCE] Apache CarbonData 1.1.1 release

Hi All,

The Apache CarbonData PMC team is happy to announce the release of Apache
CarbonData version 1.1.1.

This release(1.1.1) is a patch,  some key improvements and bug fix as below
:


   - Data update and delete with Spark 2.1.
   - Improve measure filter performance by ~2-4 times.
   - Some bug fixs
