 +1 Release this package as Apache CarbonData 1.2.0

1. Release
  There are important new features and the integration of new platform

2. The tag
 " mvn clean -DskipTests -Pspark-2.1 -Pbuild-with-format package" passed
 "mvn clean -DskipTests -Pspark-2.1 -Pbuild-with-format install" passed

3. The artifacts
  both md5sum and sha512 are correct
