[DISCUSSION] Apache CarbonData 1.3.0 scope

Hi all

First , on behalf of Apache CarbonData community, thanks for all
contributors who are from 20+ different organizations.

This mail is for discussing 1.3.0 scope (around 3-4 months), i propose the
following feature can be considered.

1)Spark 2.2.0 integration (propose committer Ravindra to lead this feature)
2)Streaming ingestion, support real-time load data to carbondata and can
query the recent 5-10 mins data (propose committer David Cai and Jacky Li
to lead this feature )
3)Pre-aggregation feature(propose committer Vishal to lead this feature)
4)Partition optimization(propose committer lionelcao to lead this feature)
5)Presto integration  optimization(I can take and lead this feature)

Please discuss and suggest more if have ...
