I submit the Apache CarbonData 1.3.1 (RC1) for your vote.

    Some key improvement in this patch release:

   1. Restructured the carbon partitions to use standard hive folder
   structure.
   2. Supported global sort on the partitioned table.
   3. Many Bug fixes and stabilized 1.3.0 release.
