Vidalista Black 80 mg helps men with erectile dysfunction (ED) get and keep a firm erection during sexual activity. Since the 80 mg strength is regarded as strong, it is typically only advised for patients who do not react to smaller dosages and under a doctor's supervision. Because its effects might linger for up to 36 hours, it's known as "the weekend pill." It should only be taken once per 24 hours and between 30 and 60 minutes prior to scheduled intercourse. Serious responses are uncommon, but common side effects include flushing, indigestion, and headaches.
