    [CARBONDATA-1306] Fixed carbondata crash after  using short-int datatype

    It crashes since the size calculation of byte array of short-int datatype is wrong. It is fixed in this PR

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ravipesala/incubator-carbondata new_master
