There are some scalastyle error should be optimized in CarbonData, including removing useless import, optimizing method definition and so on
This PR remove some unused import like:
```
import org.apache.carbondata.core.metadata.datatype.DecimalType
import org.apache.carbondata.core.metadata.datatype.DataType;
```
