    [CARBONDATA-1037] Changed dbname to lowercase in rename table

    Analysis: Database name was not being converted to lowercase which caused inconsistency in the rename process.
   
    Solution: convert database and table name to lowercase

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/kunal642/incubator-carbondata CARBONDATA-1037
