    [CARBONDATA-1061] if AL_DICTIONARY_PATH is used in load option then by SINGLE_PASS must be used

    **Old Behavior**
    If AL_DICTIONARY_PATH  is configured and non empty then SINGLE_PASS option could not be used
    **New  Behavior**
    If AL_DICTIONARY_PATH  is configured and non empty then SINGLE_PASS option will be passed as true.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/mohammadshahidkhan/incubator-carbondata alldictionary_single_pass

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/carbondata/pull/921.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #921
