    [CARBONDATA-803] Fixing Spark 1.6 testcases. Or filters are not working in spark 1.6.

    Currently few testcases are failing in spark-1.6 because of OR filters are partially pushed down in spark 1.6 so i returns wrong results.
    Now this PR makes either completely push down the OR filters or completely handled by spark layer.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ravipesala/incubator-carbondata or-filter-issue
